* Saturday 13th-July Newport v Baffins Milton Rovers (Friendly) - this is the first of Newport’s ground-share fixtures at Beatrice Avenue.

Maintenance Work… @ 06.06.19 - 16.6.19

Ground maintenance work at Beatrice Avenue is progressing well - but with still much to

 be done. Drains have been cleared and the goalmouths re-turfed.

2019/20 Sydenhams/Wessex Allocations… @ 29.05.19 - 23.6.19

The bottom of the column on the right shows the Wessex League Constitution for 2019/20. You will see two clubs relegated from the Premier Division and one club, Pewsey Vale, transferred back in from the Hellenic League Division One West.

2019/20 3 Senior Teams at Beatrice Avenue… @ 29.05.19

1. The First Team after a well fought 2018/19 campaign finishing mid-table, the highest for some seasons, will continue in Wessex Division One., 2. the Reserves, who never really found their place in the Wyvern League, return to the IW Saturday League in Division 2, and 3. the Ladies continuing in the Hants County Womens Football League in Division 2. Having only been formed August 2018 they acquitted themselves well last season with some useful wins.

Ground Share at Beatrice Avenue… @ 25.05.19

We are pleased to announce that a Ground Share arrangement has been agreed between East Cowes Vics AFC and Newport (IW) FC. The Port have vacated St. George’s Park and members of their Supporters Trust, along with regular Vics volunteers, attended Beatrice Avenue Saturday 25th May for a joint maintenance day, with more planned for every Monday and Friday until the new 2019-20 season starts. Maintenance will start at 9.30am each day and ALL WELCOME! Web link to Newport’s website will be found under Useful Links on the Home Page.
